Overview
Each Savia Nature product is made to order, created specifically for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or accidental orders. However, we gladly handle replacements or exchanges in the cases listed below.

Eligible Returns & Exchanges
Wrong Size
If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to exchange it once per order.
Please specify the correct size in your request.
Refunds are not provided for incorrect size selections.
Incorrect Item
If you received the wrong product, please include a photo of the item received when you contact us. We’ll send the correct one at no cost.
Lost Package
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time (as outlined in our Shipping Policy), plus an additional 15 business days, or your tracking has not updated for 10+ business days, please reach out to us.
If we’re unable to locate it, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
Claims must be made within 10 business days of the last estimated delivery date.
Damaged or Defective Item
Every order passes a quality check before shipping. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Please include a photo of the damaged product with your request.
You don’t need to return the damaged item.
Ineligible Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- The return request was made after 14 days of delivery.
- The return was sent without prior approval from our team.
- The product has been worn, washed, or altered.
- Tags are missing or removed.
- The product was purchased on final sale.
- The request is for a different design or style.
- You entered the wrong address at checkout.
- The order was placed and you later requested cancellation.
- The item type is non-returnable (e.g., undergarments or swimwear).
Because all Savia Nature products are printed on demand, we do not offer refunds—only exchanges or store credit for eligible cases.
Return Shipping
We currently do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Outbound shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Refused Packages
If you refuse delivery for any reason, you’ll be responsible for all related shipping, customs, and return costs.
Returned or refused packages will incur a 70% restocking fee, with the remaining balance issued as store credit or used to reship the order.
In rare exceptions, if a refund is approved, a 30% restocking fee will apply and all items must be returned unworn and in original packaging.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases or sales.
