Production Times
All Savia Nature products are made to order. Once you place an order, it is produced specifically for you.
Production typically takes 2–7 business days, with most orders processed within 4 business days.
Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location. After your order has been processed, approximate transit times are:

Where Orders Ship From
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from multiple Printful facilities located across the United States, Mexico, and Europe, depending on product type and destination.
Shipping Charges
- Orders under $100: $6.99 (domestic) or $10.99+ (international)
- Orders over $100: Free shipping
Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order. (Vary to change)
Delivery Claims
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date to file a claim.
We’ll assist you in working with the carrier. Claims may take up to 30 days to complete.
Savia Nature is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier and cannot issue refunds or credits for such cases.
Customs and Duties (International Orders)
International orders outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, determined by your local customs office.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
We are not responsible for customs delays or charges. For details, contact your local customs authority.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order, including apartment or unit numbers.
We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Refunds will not be issued for such cases.
