We ship worldwide! Your hat is embroidered and fulfilled on demand. Most orders ship in 2–5 business days, and delivery times depend on your location. Shipping costs and estimated arrival dates are shown at checkout.
All orders are shipped with tracking. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation within 5 business days, reach out and we’ll look into it. If an order is lost in transit, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Spot clean or hand wash with cold water. Avoid machine washing or soaking to protect the embroidery and structure. Air dry only.
Production takes 2–5 business days. Shipping varies by region, but most orders arrive within the estimated window shown at checkout.
If you need to cancel, please contact us right away. Once embroidery begins, we can’t cancel the order because it’s already in production.
One size fits most adults thanks to the adjustable buckle strap.
If your hat arrives damaged, defective, or with an embroidery issue, contact us with a photo and your order number. We’ll replace it or refund you.
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Clothing must be unworn and undamaged. Return shipping is your responsibility, but we’ll ship your exchange back at no cost.
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days for unused items. Because each hat is embroidered on demand, we can offer exchanges for fit or defects but not for buyer’s remorse after use.
We currently accept payments in USD through Stripe. If your bank account or card is in another currency, your bank will automatically handle the conversion at the current exchange rate. You’ll see the final charge in your local currency on your bank statement.
