Our promise

We want you to love what you wear. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email contact@savianature.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Returns and exchanges

You can return an unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Because each piece is printed to order, return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. Write to us first at contact@savianature.com and we will share return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and final-sale items cannot be returned. Worn or washed items cannot be returned unless they are defective.

A note on the donation

10% of every sale is set aside for Fundación Jocotoco. Refunded orders are excluded from that calculation.
