Overview

Savia Nature is operated by Linx Digital Studio, LLC, a company established in the United States, in partnership with the artist Lilly Sylva ("Savia Nature", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All products are printed to order. Colors may vary slightly between screens and finished garments. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or refuse an order.

Artwork and intellectual property

Every design is an original watercolor by Lilly Sylva. All artwork, images, and content on this site are owned by Savia Nature or its artist and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

Orders and payment

When you place an order you confirm the information you provide is accurate. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed.

The 10% donation

We set aside 10% of every sale and transfer it to Fundación Jocotoco. The donation is a commitment by Savia Nature and does not create any contract between you and the foundation.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided as is. To the extent allowed by law, Savia Nature is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products.

Governing law
