Shipping policy

How we make your order

Every Savia Nature piece is printed to order on organic cotton, so nothing sits in a warehouse. After you order, production usually takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is added on top of that, for a typical total of 7 to 14 business days from order to delivery.

Shipping rates

US orders over $75 ship free. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate shown at checkout. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and most other countries. Some remote destinations may not be available at checkout.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your piece ships. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, write to us at contact@savianature.com.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays

Production and carrier times are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons and weather can add a few days. If something looks wrong with your order, contact us and we will help.
